Abraham Stamper, co-founder and CEO, is an experienced engineer with over 35 years of innovation. He has been involved in numerous technological breakthroughs in various fields.
Prior to founding B-Shoe, Abraham served in a number of positions at Elbit Systems. He was in charge of large-scale R&D projects as well as implementation for Elbit different parts of the world. Abraham holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Prof. Michael Soudry, co-founder, is an experienced orthopedic surgeon and Chairman of the Orthopedic Surgery Section at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, Israel.
He completed a two-year fellowship in orthopedics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Prof. Soudry served as president of the Israeli Orthopaedic Association and published numerous articles in professional journals. He is a renowned lecturer at orthopedic conferences around the world.
Aharon (Arale) Shapira, co-founder, is an experienced engineer and business manager, with over 40 years of experience in business and technological leadership. He managed NanoSol, AVR Communications, C.P.C. Hi-Tech, co-founded and served as CEO of Nomad Access Inc., co-founded and managed Countech Ltd., and held leadership positions in other Israeli high-tech companies. Previously, he was a project leader, department manager and head of regional business development in Europe for Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., part of Israel’s Ministry of Defense.
Arale holds an MBA, M.Sc. and B.Sc. in electrical engineering, all from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Yonatan Manor, Ph.D., co-founder, is an experienced R&D engineer, leading advanced development projects since 1981. Currently, he serves as an architect of military communication systems and chief engineer in wireless communication division in Elbit Land Systems. Prior to his position in Elbit, Dr. Manor served as the architect of an advanced MIMO wireless system in Witcom Ltd.
Manor received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a B.Sc. from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Professor Carlos Gordon, co-founder, is a professor of neurology at the Tel Aviv University Sackler Faculty of Medicine and a senior neurologist and head of the Dizziness and Balance Disorders Clinic at Meir General Hospital, Kfar Saba.
He served as a visiting scientist, Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Foothills Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Prof. Gordon has made important contributions to the field of balance and vestibular and ocular-motor neuroscience, publishing over 90 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Prof. Gordon is a member and the Israel delegate of the scientific panel in neurootology, EFNS European Federation of Neurological Societies. He is also the scientific secretary of the Israel Society of Otoneurology and an active member of the Bárány International Society for Vestibular Research.
Prof. Nahum Rosenberg, co-founder, is an experienced orthopedic surgeon. He serves as senior orthopedic surgeon at Rambam Medical Center and as a senior clinical lecturer on the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Prof. Rosenberg’s main research and clinical interests are in the fields of shoulder and elbow surgery and biomechanics, bone mass maintenance and mechanotransduction in bone cells (osteoblasts).
He holds an M.D. from the Technion and was a post-doctoral fellow at Oxford University, UK.
David Arlinsky is the owner and CEO of Sysmop Technologies, a company that specializes in the development of new products.
David has over 14 years in managing product development projects, in particular in the development of medical devices, which combine mechanics, electronics, and software. David plays a major role in the development of B-Shoe.
